Video Drive

Recording at Bassline last weekend went very well. We laid down two new tracks that we've been playing live for a few months now, "Wave Goodbye" and "Please Baby Please."

There's a little video up under the video section of our myspace account. Or you can just click here.

Can't Fight The Studio Feeling...It's Exciting

We'll be taking a break from shows for the rest of January, as we head into the studio this weekend to start recording some new songs. There's no immediate plans for these tracks, but basically we decided to pace ourselves this go-around, rather than record 10 songs all at once. That way people don't call us crazy.

To find out which songs we're recording, you can watch the TOS 36 Hours of Keystone Video recap or listen to a live version of one of the songs in our Myspace Video section.

So This Is The New Year

We just wanted to say thanks to everyone who made 2006 a great year for the Ten O'Clock Scholars. It was definitely a year to remember for us, as we released our first full-length CD, "Bridges and Brighter Days." The recording process was great, we played a ton of shows throughout the year, threw 2 CD release parties in different cities, played a festival in Colorado, and what do you know, Connealy's still in the band! Hot damn!

To show our appreciation for all the love you showed us in 2006, we posted a live version of "Please, Baby, Please," (a new song that we plan on recording in a few weeks) on our myspace site. The video is from the Colorado trip, and this time there's no fancy editing...well, there's no editing at all. And we're not plugged into the sound board...so the sound's not that great either. But, it gets the point across.

Hope you enjoy and keep spreading the word. We're gonna need all the support we can get in 2007 if we plan on topping last year!
